Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders ship free in Spain. There is an extra charge for shipments within an EU

How long does delivery take?

3-5 business days for destinations in Spain.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return your hat within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Returns are free.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

What if my hat is damaged or faulty?

Email help@wildhalohats.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How do I find my size?

Do hats stretch over time?

Yes, natural straw softens slightly with wear, giving a more personalised fit.

Do you make custom sizes?

No. Currently we offer one adjustable size only.

 

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my hat?

Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never soak straw hats.

What if my hat gets wet?

Blot with a towel, reshape gently, and air dry away from direct heat and sun.

Can I use steam to reshape?

Minimal steam works for some fibres (like Panama), but avoid over-steaming. See our Care Instructions.

How should I store my hat?

Store on a stand or upside down on the crown in a cool, dry place. For long-term, keep it in a hat box with tissue inside.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, and alternative methods like Klarna (buy now, pay later).

Is my payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed securely and encrypted. We comply with PCI DSS standards.
