Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days for most destinations
  • Carriers: We work with trusted carriers for reliable service
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched
  • Packaging: All hats are shipped in premium packaging designed to protect their shape

Returns

We hope you love your Wild Halo hat. If not, you may return it under the conditions below:

  • Return period: 14 days from delivery (in line with Spanish consumer law)
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, worn hats cannot be accepted for return unless faulty
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return

Process:

  1. Email help@wildhalohats.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
  3. Pack the hat securely in its original box and attach the return label
  4. Drop it off at the carrier location indicated

Exchanges

At this time we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your hat arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at help@wildhalohats.com with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
